Saw these old images on-line recently. Please forgive if they have been seen/discussed before but what became of CUT7 ?!

Am sure the back story to these pictures is as interesting as the photos themselves!

CUT 7 is still registered with dvla but not used since 2011 so could still be around somewhere.

CUT 7 appeared an several E-Type's, the most famous being chassis number EC1001 which was the only true full Low Drag Coupe produced by Jaguar Cars. Still exists.

CUT 7 was used on several E Types when raced by Dick Protheroe in period. There is often debate about which car the number should be on. The story is well documented if you care to research it and is an integral part of the E Type legend.
