Hi all . Anyone know what form I have to request from DVLA to register an import ?? Is it a V55.5 ???

Yes. Is it on the Nova system and do you have a Heritage Certificate?

These two documents are important.

Also a confirmation from HMRC that all duties have been paid (zero in your case I think). They should have been passed to you when you bought the car (hopefully).

Then you need an MOT and an insurance cover note based on the chassis number.

Luckily most of the information requested on the V55/5 is not applicable as the car is more than 10 years old and therefore does not require a Certificate of Conformity.

You have to send of the registration fee as well. I think it is now £55.

Hi yes I have all the Nova and original title etc aswell as insurance and heritage cert all I need now is mot . Just making sure it was a V55.5 downloadable form I needed. Cheers
