#1 Uprated engine mounts

To replace sagging engine mounts and following experienced advice, I have ordered last week the uprated version near one of the usuals: C18556 Uprated.
The illustrative picture for this article on the website shows it, still as I write, with the centre bolt fitted (while the basic model is illustrated plain without).
The mounts (x4) arrived without the bolts. Surprise on assembly: the bolts of the old ones do not fit. The original bolts are referenced UFS 150/7R in the parts manual, and I do have few of these new on the shelf.
I wrote back Sunday to the supplier:
Have attempted to mount the C18556*HD today.
These were supplied without the corresponding bolts (or screw if you prefer, see attached picture), while they are shown on the website clearly with the corresponding bolt (see attached picture taken from your website). So obviously forgotten.
The bolts used on original ones are UFS.150/7R, but these do not fit and we do not have the bolts that would fit in our workshop!
Please do rush sending us the 4 corresponding bolts.

Here is yesterday's response:
These mounts do not come with the bolts. The picture you have is an old picture and is no longer valid. The bolts are 0.93p each and I have stock. The part number is UFS150/7R*MM.

So I wrote back:
Weird that these do not come with the bolts.
The suitable bolts cannot be UFS150/7R, I have these in hand and they do NOT fit.
The thread appears to be METRIC.
Please do check again with your colleagues and let them show you in practice the bolts fitted on.

Waiting now for response.
So for the ones moving from standard mounts to uprated, be aware that you do need different bolts.
Do not always trust the illustrative picture on the website, and better ensure they are included.
References of the supplier withheld pending response.

This has been known since the poly mounts first came out. There will be threads on J-L over a decade old, I bet.

I can only think of one parts seller like that but may be wrong.

They use metric bolts!ยก!!!!!! I had the same issue from a well known UK supplier....they said they should also have sent appropriate boots too.....I mean....metric!

I did not scroll into the JL archives before hand.
It was obvious for me that the picture illustrating this version showing the bolts fitted (v/s the standard illustrated sans bolts) meant that these were included.
I place my orders with an operator, after checking the references and versions on the website. There was no note whatsoever in the exchange that bolts were different + not included + had to be ordered on top.
Now they confirmed the bolts are metric and propose to charge for these, and of course the shipping on top, without one single word or apology or sorry. This is what is disappointing me most.
I had few issues on previous orders which I had passed. But this is now overstretched.
Of course, this is peanuts compared what some other fellows have faced on other cases, but it will definitely be my last order with this supplier.

Wise corrective action received:
Sorry for the confusion on this. I did not make myself clear. We will send you the bolts FOC due to our mistake of not sending them originally. I just wanted to explain what the part number was etc but did not inform you that we would supply them to you free of charge.
I hope this goes some way to apologising for our mistake and I hope you will keep on using us in the future.

Metric bolts on an E-type, boggles the mind!
