HID headlights upgraded to OEM LED headlights

I have upgraded my headlights to the factory fit LED lights https://10carbest.com/led-headlights-bulbs they were a straight swap and all work fine only issue is the dash indicator light flashes fast guess it's because it thinks the bulbs are blown I can get round this with resistors but would like to get the error disabled in the CCF
Does anyone know how I could get this done none of my local dealers are interested in helping

I didn't think any genuine e-type had leds or HIDs or even CCFs as OEM fit.
