Assuming weather remains fine with no salt on the roads, I plan to be there with my BRG 3.8 OTS.

I'm cycling through Brooklands tomorrow, so may detour for half an hour to wave "hello". I'm not exactly sure what the event is, as all the website says is what gate you should turn up at, that they are expecting 1000 cars to turn up and that "standard museum prices apply", so paying ~£15 to sit in a museum car park to sit in a traffic jam and say "Ooh that's a nice car!" on a cold winter's day is possibly not my idea of fun.

kind regards
Marek

I think your missing the point , there will be a lots of interesting cars with lots of interesting owners to chew the fat with about classic cars and it sure beats getting wrecked to night and waking up saying "never again " and the money saved on booze pays for the gate money several times over ....... anyway us E Type owners arnt we a wealthy bunch 8-) 8-)

Went to Brooklands today, much better than last year as it was busy but not as busy seemingly.

Was in the modern but saw your car Darren (couldn’t miss it  ) I have to say it looks fantastic and the finish you have managed on the paintwork is ace!
