#1 'The Italian Job' FHC

Post by Heuer » Thu Mar 11, 2010 11:58 am

As is well known, the red OTS - 848 CRY - now resides with Philip Porter. The whereabouts of the FHC - 619 DXX - does not seem to be known. The DVLA shows the car as road registered and painted green. Wonder if the owner knows the history?

interesting photos, which dont appear to be from my copy of the movie. Are they cutting room floor clips?

Nope, it is from the main movie when the coach and minibus are sent one route and the 'fast cars' take the mountain route to meet the Mafia and destruction. This snapshot came from a HD copy of the film but I doubt that makes any difference.

Hi. I owned 619 DXX in the late 1980s in East Sussex. The car was in red. I was later informed that it had been painted in dark green and was still in Sussex.
