I'm sure that David, like me, took this to be a good humoured dig, totally lacking in malice.
Give the man a break!

Indeed it was meant as a light hearted comment. Some people are far too serious in life.
That's me done on here, can't be doing without a sense of humour.
Bye

Actually I only came across this thread last night and am somewhat bemused as to why 'bobsnicholson' behaved in such an extreme way with no provocation, at least as far as I can see. This is the first time in 12 years a member has behaved in this way especially as we strive to keep the place as happy, inclusive and as friendly as possible. On the other hand if he is living with such a hair trigger maybe we are lucky we did not end up with a major flame fight. Owning an E-Type without access to the Forum can be a very difficult, lonely and expensive experience so he must have been mightily offended
Anyway, we now have a new award category:

Great to put a face to the name!
You get about a bit for someone in their 13000s!

Give Jill my love David. Nottinghamshire’s answer to Susan Sarandon.
Most E-type wives just have to put up with hubby in the garage the whole time. Jill has to watch you down in the garden every Saturday pruning the next week’s fruit from the glamour tree!
