#1 Denis Jenkinson E-Types

Post by BLN39 » Mon Aug 31, 2020 1:15 am

Hello All, I don't know if this has been covered or not, but does anybody know if Denis Jenkinson two e-types are still around? He had a 1965 fhc reg#FPL660C and a 1970 ots reg#BJD147H. I have his book Jaguar E-Type and I know that were both used pretty hard. It would nice to know if they still around. Thanks RF

Someone not far from me (I do not know whom) owns the 65 and regularly shows it at events in my locale.

A couple of photos not in the extensive thread posted by David, mainly as I took them.

Hello, Thank you all for letting me letting me know about Jenks e-types. It is wonderful to hear that they are both in use. My Mum & Dad met Jenks & Bill Boddy at a Brooklands Reunion back in the 1970s.He was quite a character, you will not see the likes of him again ( or the way he drove his e-types!) Cheers RF
