My experience is limited, I have re-covered my own dash top, using the moulding supplied by BAS International. Really helpful people, they did caution that it is a tricky job to get right and I can fully understand your query being aimed at having it done professionally. I'm reasonably pleased with my effort, but it doesn't bear close scrutiny at concours level around parts of the return areas under the front. The skill seems to be in applying enough heat to thermoset the plastic without kinks or bagginess, but not too much - and in achieving all that and gluing down before even thinking of cutting off excess material. I'm sure I'd do a better job if repeated (possibly
).
Aldridge Trimming also supply the moulding, but at twice the price, however they will do the fitting and I have found their quality in retrimming seats and other parts to be excellent. The person I dealt with also recommended that they fit it but at the time, their turnaround schedule was outside my plans.
But others might recommend from their experience, MCT Restorations, or The Trim Centre and a number of others. It seems anecdotally that Mick Turley (MCT) enjoys the widest regard.
Good luck with it!

Oops just realised you said dash panels....doh, but probably MCT, Aldridge Trimming would still spring to mind if I was in need of getting mine done and again, others on here may come up with their recommendations.
I've been lucky in only needing to glue back down some edges above the glove box whilst dealing with dash top (determined to keep mentioning that!), which were in any case out of sight.
Again, good luck!

SNG sells the kit, if you care to do it yourself. The trim pattern is very close to original.
