This is me parked on his lawn, with a few others

And this is me with the great man.

Thought you might like to see a couple of his favourite cars as well.

That's what I said.
It was a great run around Wiltshire on the Rotary Club Classic Car Run organised by the Chippenham Rotary Club raising money for the Bobby Van Trust and local charities.
12 E Types amongst the 97 entrants.

Not that day, but he’s holding an open day on 26th/27th June where you can view all

I have got tickets to go see Pink Floyd live in concert in November!

Given that the tickets only cost £20 and the venue is a village hall in Hampshire, I fear they may not be the Pink Floyd.......

Where is that being held? I wouldn't mind seeing that. I saw the Australian Pink Floyd, and they were pretty good

See here:

We could slightly freak them out by parking a fleet of E-types outside.....

8-)

Not sure about E Type in late November for an hours drive home at night...

Malcolm : I bought my 1st E type on a December afternoon in of all places Aberdeen . Leaving about 330pm, ( I had flown up that morning ) it was already going dark, and by Dundee the snow was falling and a howling gale was developing , and I drove it home the near 500 miles to Cheshire !

Get those tickets bought and the car keys in your hands !

PS It was this experience which convinced me of the superb qualities of the E, because despite perhaps 6 inches of snow and strong crosswinds, even with my inexperience with the car, I never had an anxious moment

Generally speaking it's inadvisable to drive - or attempt pretty much anything else - after immersing yourself in The Floyd for a couple of hours.....

Hoping to see Nick playing next April:

But in the meantime have also got tickets for Australian Pink Floyd and Think Floyd. Both excellent and well worth seeing if you like Floyd's music.

Why should I be frightened of dying? There's no reason for it, we’ve all got to go sometime..”

Were you crying because the single malt wasn't very good?
