#1 Changing map location
This past summer, I moved from Virginia to Ohio (about 450 miles). My Zee Maps world location needs to be changed but I can't figure out how to edit my location. Can anyone give directions to this Luddite?

Thanks, Steve. I forgot to change my E Type Forum address too (now done), but what I still need to do is change my location on the Zeemaps world map of E Types
Much appreciated,
Mark

I think you just do a screen grab, print out the map, cut the bit out showing your E-Type in Virginia, and stick it over the bit showing Columbus, Ohio. Then you color in the hole in Burke, Va., take a photo of the new map and paste it over the current incorrect screen. Easy-peasy Mark.Mark Gordon wrote: ↑Thu Sep 16, 2021 9:09 pmThanks, Steve. Steve / Mark - did you mean the actual map - rather than the location? I think I remember when I loaded my map location originally I was supposed to note a code which represented the pinpoint.... and would then be able to alter it. But of course, I didn't note it, or lost the note, or whatever..... and no longer have access to the e-mail I had at the time either!! Doh!! So I think I will be forever on the map where I was when I first bought the car.....

Hi.....dont know much about the map...havent used it in years....forum info here http://forum.etypeuk.com/viewtopic.php? ... 88e7155994 is there anything stopping you just starting again and adding yourself as a new E type...rather than try to change your existing?......Steve

I went to the link that you provided, Steve, and noted that David stated IN RED LETTERS to bookmark or write down the URL that would be provided upon first listing my location. Of course, I failed to do so, so I guess that I'll forever reside in Burke, VA. Thanks for the info from the President of Luddites International.
