LHD throttle mount to bulkhead. The big hole is where the heater cable goes through.

It's a part of the throttle control LHD
Part N°11 / 14 / 13 plate 10 ( Fuel systeme) Book part 3.8L

Thanks Chaps.
I thought it was probably a redundant part from the left to right hand drive conversion. I'll label it up and add it to the crate of LHD parts.
