#1 Christmas Adventure

Post by Ian Cooke » Wed Dec 28, 2022 6:29 pm

So, what do you do on Christmas Day when our now grown up "children" are spending the day with their respective partners' families?

You jump in the Etype and drive into Central London to see the sights ofcourse!

We had a fabulous day and as always Audrey (named after that other 60's iconic beauty) stole the show attracting numerous smiles, waves, thumbs up and photos taken.

Here are a few of our photos:

We had a fabulous day and would highly recommend a Christmas trip into London when the roads are quieter and there are no congestion charges.

Darren, have you proved that your E Type will be good as a taxi now? After all their tight turning circle was so they could get in and out of the Savoy.
Though knowing Darren he probably went round with the tail hanging out leaving a doughnut

Ian,

Yours was not the only S2 fhc active in Central London on Christmas Day. Mine fulfilled its function as "Meals on Wheels" delivery van, taking Christmas dinner from Bermondsey (where it had been prepared) to Hertfordshire for my partner's elderly and infirm parents.
