#1 Traversée de Paris

Hi All
My wife and I are planning on taking part in this year's Summer Traversée de Paris in our Etype.
This will be our first time doing this event and I wondered if anyone has taken part previously and if so, if they have any advice or stories to tell.
We will be staying Paris for three days and then driving to Bruges for a couple of nights before heading home.
