#1 Dodgy Dealings

Hello All,
Has anyone had any dealing with, or know the company, "Shop4Autoparts", EAC Parts Coventry GB, or Heritage Parts Centre?
I purchased a complete set of V12 cylinder head bolts from this company on the 24th Ultimo and received a confirmation of the order and payment from "EAC Parts Coventry GB". Then on the 27th Ultimo, coincidentally the same day the transaction actually appeared on my bank statement, I received an email with a letter head of a company named "Heritage Parts Centre" with an address in West Sussex, advising that all the parts weren't there to complete the order and asking if I wanted to get a price on the parts that were available or a refund. Initially I opted for a price on the parts they had, but after not receiving a reply in a timely manner, emailed them advising that I want a refund as I can't wait days to find out what the shortfall parts I would have to chase.
Since then, I've just got the run around, where in one email, the author states that he's frustrated in having to make a refund. I wrote back saying that his frustration can't be more than mine and my client's frustration, whom I feel doesn't believe the story from the seller I'm regurgitating.
The transaction was made with a Debit Card and the payment was made immediately I placed the order, yet from the 28th Ultimo to the 7th Inst. this company can't manage to organize a reversal. or refund of the transaction.
Regards,
Bill
