#1 Any Idea What These Seats Are From?

Post by politeperson » Wed Jul 10, 2024 2:10 pm

These came loose with a 1962 3.8 Roadster.

They sort of look like they belong to a period British 60's factory car, of some description. I am not sure if it was an early E type though?

They fold forward like a 4.2 roadster. All the 3.8 roadster seats I have seen have had a fixed frame.

Any ideas please?

They look like Austin Healey 100 seats.

Thanks Simon, yes I think they are. Just Googled it.
I have a body shell for one of these in the garage without any seats.
Not mine though.
What a crazy coincidence all the same.
