A few years ago I did the change from 3.54 to 3.07 on my 1966 FHC. It is the best upgrade to my E-type ever! I bought the pin+crown from SNG Barret and have been very happy with the quality. It is manufactured in the UK by Tran-X who are part of the Quaife group. If they still supply SNG I can recommend you buy it.
Having said that, be aware that it is a very complicated operation which definitely requires that the person doing it knows the skill. It requires a lot of experience and patience to adjust so that you don't end up with a rear end that howls or otherwise has noises. I did the job my self but it was no easy task. You should expect that all bearings, oil seals, limited slip plates etc. also have to be changed. I ended up spending around €3500 just on spare parts. But it has been worth all the money. I have absolutely no noises from the rear end. I have driven about 10,000 km with it and have, among other things, been on a trip from Copenhagen to Florence, Italy.
