Has anyone tried these on the E-type?
I have Borranis on my black S1 OTS, but just thought I?d see what alternatives there are.
And then there are the grey painted ones, which might be easier to keep clean than the Borranis....? (s/s must be the easiest of all to keep clean?!)

No difference between s/s, painted and chrome in the keep clean stakes they are all a pain. The Borrani's are difficult to maintain because the alloy rims never look that shiny compared to the spokes but overall they present the same problems as the others. They are about 5Kg per corner lighter though and it makes a difference because of the lower unsprung weight - the Borrani's give you a delicacy of steering feel that is absent from the steel rims.
