#1 Brakes, near miss?

Post by johnben » Mon Dec 19, 2011 6:17 pm

Just to round off my recent contributions to the forum. I replaced my two pot callipers for the four type during recent works on the car, this is a straight bolt on job and requires no additional work other than to trim the dust shields a little. I got my 4 pots from SNG but Coopercraft looked identical and are priced the same. Whilst removing the old callipers I noticed on one that the pad had split in two. This could have made for some interest steering if the loose section had jammed between the disc and the calliper. Image
