#1 Insurance for E Types

Post by slurpysi » Tue Apr 10, 2012 11:14 am

Can anyone recommend an insurance company that is good for E types, my current renewal quote seems rather high.

Thanks

I have used Sureterm Direct for the last two years and the price was ?95 per year for max 3,000 miles per year. Agreed value ?50,000.
Thought that was pretty good. Not sure how they are dealing with claims as have never had to claim, but premium was excellent.

I use PETER JAMES.
i thought it reasonable, and policy includes occasional travel to place of work.and breakdown recovery. 1,500 MILEAGE/ MARKET VALUE.

? 115.20 inclusive of I.P.T (where applicable)
premium also includes - Motor Legal Expenses Cover and includes Legal Protection Cover
also includes - UK and European Breakdown Recovery (excluding home start)

Is that agreed value/unlimited mileage? If so I will use them next time.

David : I have my 5 classics all on one policy with Peter James, unlimited mileage, 2 on agreed values , 3 on market value, sdp only, and the total premium is less than ?500
