Is it me being thick or has the new SNG BARRETT site is a little lacking on the ser 3 e type. I have just been on it and I cannot see any ref to the ser 3 in the model search

It does say that the website is under development and that every model for which parts are carried is not listed as yet . That said, I'm afraid that so far it seems to fulfil Hutber's Law ( Improvement = Deterioration ) and that it is nothing like as convenient to use as the old one . However, it's nothing like as much of a shambles as the new Jaguar Heritage website where if you order anything it is very difficult to know just where you stand with the order

I liked the old web site better as well - could find everything perfectly- but in change management there seems to be a law that says things get worse before they get better.

I would try to have the new web site fully functioning before going live, especially for a company like this. Hope the development of the web site progresses swiftly, because I will be needing some parts in the near future ....

I just call them on the phone, tell them what I need and let them worry about finding the right parts. Works for me!
