#1 Cost to fit AC series 2 coupe
Can anyone tell me what it would cost to fit AC to a series 2 coupe in Australia (Sydney)

Hi Barry, I don't know exactly what the cost is, but last year The Healey Factory told me around $8000. As I said I don't have exact figures.

Barry - have a word with Phil Beveridge at Clayton in Coventry UK. They do a number of a/c installations for E-Types. His phone number (from Oz) is 00 44 247 669 1916, e-mail admin@claytoncc.co.uk or look at their website www.claytoncc.co.uk. I can't vouch for the quality but I enquired a couple of months ago and got a very comprehensive reply from Phil outlining a number of their products from ?1,500 to ?2,250 (plus VAT) for the various kits to be installed on a DIY basis although I do not know how complicated it is. Can't help re installers in Australia though! Hope this helps.
