Rusty S2 FHC laid up in Poulton le Fylde

Was browsing on Flickr and came across a photo someone took recently of a S2 FHC E-Type that apparently has been left derelict for many years outside on a driveway. Location is in Poulton le Fylde, near Blackpool. Looking at the photo, the car looks in a pretty poor state; hope it hasn't gone too far and that someone restores it to its former glory. I suspect whoever owns/owned it will want an arm and a leg for it even in the poor condition it will be in.
