The Distributor Doctor

Although I have seen many references to this chap, I had not had any personal experience of him until this week when we were resuscitating a friend's Mark VII whose electronic ignition had died. The early mark VII has a very vintage type of distributor and I imagine that parts are rare as rocking horse s"*t . No problem for the DD - In next day's post came all the obscure fibre insulators and terminals ( and connector for the condenser ) we needed, and when we ran into a snag fitting one part, a quick phone call and explicit instructions saved the day. Highly recommendable

I've used the DD a few times and have always found him to be very helpful too, another vote from me.
