Looks like the AC/DC front man is celebrating Jaguar on Quest tonight, 9pm, including chatting with Norman Dewis and playing with Project7

That was superb television, Brian Johnson driving some classic Jaguar cars, including D Type OVC 501, not a reproduction and driving it not being a passenger and having a lot of fun doing it. Wonder which Heritage package he chose? (Simonp, you'll have to see if you can stretch to the same next time  )

Lucky fellow

And driving the first E type 9600 HP, great to see a whole programme devoted to Jaguar 8)

Yes - enjoyed that! Well worth watching, and fronted by someone who's clearly a fan!

My nomination for a BAFTA this year :D

Heuer wrote:He is being touted as the next host of Top Gear.
According to an interview in the Torygraph he's not interested as it would conflict with the band.
Which is either true, a falsehood to squash rumours until the big fanfare or the interviewer just making it up like most of what we read in the newspapers.

Having watched the episode, thank God. He drives (no pun intended) you nuts with his constant Geordie catch phrases ("I will remember this moment for the rest of my life. Why ahe mate")

I agree with Heuer . I have only seen him as a guest on, I think, Top gear and I thought he was awful . If the dreadful TG is to continue, could we not have someone who actually knows something about cars ( actually Clarkson did, as a reading of his writings of 20 years ago will reveal , but he took great care to conceal that in recent years )
