Came across a 60s advert for Shell Lubysil which shows a red S1 or 1.5 roadster. What caught my eye though was the odd looking hardtop it had, noticeably different than the original factory hardtop. I do know there was an "alternative" E Type hardtop that was produced, so maybe that's what it is.

I remember my dad (30 years a Shell chemist) had a bottle of that stuff. It stayed unused...
