#1 Heritage certificate and DVLA

Does anyone know if a Heritage Certificate has to be in current owners name before DVLA will accept it as proof of year of manufacture of car?

I had no trouble when I used my heritage certificate as proof of year of manufacture, & it had the last owners name on it not mine.
