Anybody fancy a free press pass for London Classic Car show and XJ13 launch
on the afternoon/evening of Feb 18th?
My son Philip, who lives in London, suddenly can't go and I need someone to take a few pix of Neville Swales' re-created XJ13 and send me a few notes - maybe 250-500 words - about that (and the XK180 replica also being launched.)
There will be bubbly and nibbles all round, I expect (it is a PRESS event, after all). Press previews are nice because the masses are not admitted, so you get the stand staff to yourself and can get close to everything. Anyone with a camera that delivers at least 2-3 Mb images and who can hold it the right way up and string a few sentences together, please get in touch.

I can hold the camera upright, Pete, and no one ever accused me of not being verbose. I'd be glad to do it if the offer includes free air fare to London!

I will be at the show throughout wearing my BMW cap and driving my old CSL Bat in the 'Catwalk' so please come over to say hello, happy to help with any images etc. I'm looking forward to seeing the Jaguar content, it was an excellent show last year..
