3.8 race engine

Hi ,
The car I have is a 62 FHC ,the previous owner fitted a 4.2 in it ,I am looking to put it back to 3.8 ,will the head and sump from the 4.2 fit on a 3.8 block ? .
Any advice welcome to source parts new or second hand.
I am re building it to FIA homologation 34 for pre 63 race cars.
There are a lot of bits I need to sell or swap like vented discs and wrong calipers, Getrag gearbox, alloy wheels ,fuel tank, Glass will be changed to Lexion

Hi Bill,
I have just bought a 62 RHD FHC needing a full restoration, i need most of the interior chrome trims, particularly the latches and keeps that hold the folding floor behind the seats up, the 2 horizontal chrome trims for each door, all the rear floor chrome and rubber rails, an original 16 inch steering wheel and other bits as well. could you please let me know if you have and suitable bits

Hi Keith
I have a car that was stripped out and all the bits binned 30 years ago , the bits I have to change are the vented discs and calipers front and rear ,brake servo , Getrag 5 speed gearbox , I will be taking out side windows and boot window.
