I was told 38kg for a bare diff.

Someone on Jaglovers weighed it at 90lb.......the one on my bench is 18in wide (inc studs) 18in long, 12 in high..Steve

Just picked up my diff from Alan Slawson. Looks superb and probably good for another 50 years.
Asked Alan about the weight. 48 kg was his answer and he should know, he’s lifted more of them than most of us.
