Hi there, can anyone please recommend in the Stockport area (SK10) a garage that car set the carbs on my S2 FHC

Why not have a go yourself? I found that the more you can learn to do, the better it is when you get inevitable problems. It's not super difficult. The service handbook which you hopefully have with your car? gives a very good description of the task.
