Dear all,

Grateful if anyone could confirm the most suitable oil for my auto gear box and for my power steering.

Many thanks.

It is a type A fluid, which is the older ( I think less slippery) type i.e. not the later Dexron type. The most readily available in the past was Castrol TQF

PS Millers Oils Millermatic ATF Type G Automatic Transmission Fluid is stated to be suitable for " non-friction modified" requirements such as classic Jaguars
