Now that’s top notch!
And at least there’s others doing this stuff!
Love it!

Sunglasses, dusters, wife's lipstick, paracetamol, phone charger adapter/lead, coins ...

The cubbies are part of the FHC's character so a big shame to lose them when you can use the large holes below.

This install on an OTS which has the same cutouts as the FHC but you see the idea:

“Sunglasses, dusters, wife's lipstick, paracetamol ...”
That stuff goes in the glove compartment, dusters etc in the cubby space behind the seats. The use I get from having two of the four speakers nearer ‘ear height’ far outweighs any use I might have made of the cubby space.

Trouble is they're hard to reach, and you dont have to hack your trim panel.

Well looks like my Brit Steve had a pint too much, So he should be here Monday to wrap up the cover and plate.
Meanwhile I like Heuers set up because its easy and plug and play. with the speakers.
But the quarter panel set up is neat and yes Higher to the ear.

I’m waiting on the transmission cover
But…..
They make a fiberglass cover
Maybe I can do something with that if my metal cover needs too much massaging?
Let’s see hopefully tonite it’s done
Gtjoey1314
Anyone use that cover?

The extra speakers really balance out the sound
Dynamat padding anywhere and everywhere just transforms the noises and vibration
The tunnel is next

Let’s take a poll now!
Just recieved the 5 speed shift knob from
SNG
It’s spot on!
Size and all
As we close in on a finish
Do we like the original or the billet?

The tunnel cover came out great
A combo of metal , sheet screws , liquid weld plus a access hole
It needs to dry then I will drive making sure nothing hits or rubs.
Again ALOT of work.
But when done it will be very nice
Look at the pictures once insulated you would never know
More details to come

The Liquid Steel is wicked stuff
It will lock the metal , insulate the moisture and when smoothed out it looks flush
More to come
