70 S2 turn signal switch assembly

I am trying to put the steering column assembly back on the car before installing the top of the dash and am stumped. In looking at all the catalog parts pages I can not find a listing-illustration of all the small parts that make up the turn signal to column pieces. They show the turn signal switch and plastic housings but not the small items. What goes into the plastic notched rotor piece to make it cancel the signal when returning the steering wheel to straight ahead position? These parts were in a box. Am I missing anything?

There is a protrusion on the slotted bracket on the right of your third image which slots into the gaps in the white nylon (?) rotor piece in the first image. Therefore the rotor turns as the steering wheel is turned:



The slotted bracket is secured to the steering inner column by the two bolts with the square shaped 'washer' (their inner faces shaped to the curvature of the bracket).
