These guys: http://www.quickfitsbs.com/ they also do the period chrome buckles with the Jaguar leaper. In fact if you look in our Knowledge Base there a few other leads for seat belts.

Sent them the old ones , came back as brand new.
Large choice of color webbing and a lot of period buckles.
