How to remove C20179 oils seal retainer from outer IRS fulcrum

I'm replacing the felt with a modern seal but it is not obvious to me how to remove the C20179 oils seal retainer; a small metal cup pressed into the hub.

Hi Jim,
Here is the order of the parts



To fit out the C20179 you can use a hook on a extractor with inertia or make a lever with a crew driver.
In all cases, you work slowly by the inside of the C20179 at several opposite points of this ring.
