#1 front brakes stayed on

Post by Ausie E type » Sun May 14, 2017 7:07 am

I was driving recently and shortly after applying the brakes the front brakes started to apply increasingly by themselves. I stopped then pumped the pedal and everthing returned to normal. It has not done it since. I am wondering if the problem is in the master cylinder, the relief valve or a vacuum issue. Any clues?
Ian

What car do you have? Early Kelsey Hayes system or later Lockheed system...I would tend to syspect a master cylinder not releasing...
