#1 Alternator wiring question

Post by andrewh » Sat Feb 04, 2017 5:33 pm

My new alternator doesn't identify its various terminals and has left me concerned that I don't want to fry my new regulator or wiring for that matter. Can anyone shed any light on the correct way to wire this for a 4.2 please? Don't miss the terminal at the top of the alternator/photo which is difficult to see as its end on.

ok, well understandably everyone else is in the dark. It does annoy me when a manufacturer doesn't bother to either mark the terminals or include a diagram. I shall contact SNG to see what they can get from the supplier for me.
