#1 Dash Top Panel.

Post by eTypeG » Thu Feb 16, 2017 11:31 am

I have two dash top panels in the kit of parts I received with my January 1963 3.8 OTS, not sure which (if any) is the correct one to use, one has extra padding (foam) under the vinyl. Both have the same fixing points and the same number of vents.

eTypeG, I can't comment on them, but as I need one for my S2 OTS, and if anyone can say if they could fit, then I'd be interested to beg, borrow, steal the spare from you.

Hi,
Both could possibly be correct but it looks like the top one have been fiddled in a non correct way with extra padding.
There is also some extra special way of attaching the vents underneath with non original brackets.

Bottom one looks to be correct and original padding and attachments for the vents.
