#1 Door hinge self tappers - BD.711/20

Hi,
I'm looking to get the 4 x self tapping screws BD.711/20 to complete the fastener set for my 3.8 fhc door hinges. I have tried the 'usuals' but they don't stock them. Can anyone tell me the screw spec so I can try elsewhere?
Cheers
Richard
