Sun visors

A few weeks ago there was a discussion about sun visors - somebody had new ones made by a company in the States. Well, I just landed in Florida, & I brought my visors with me to send off as a pattern. But now I can't find the post on the forum. I am on a different computer now so don't have any links. Nothing in the 'knowledge base' under that heading.
Any ideas?

Lovely - thank you! BTW if anybody needs any small items brought back to the UK, if you can get them to me in Central Florida (nr Mousetown) I might be able to act as a 'mule'.
For some reason, every time I fly out of Orlando, the TSA almost always search my checked baggage & leave a note in there. Last year I brought back a couple of bloody great cast iron pistons & con-rods for my LaFrance. I out a note in there ("Dear TSA"...) explaining what they were. That was the only time they never searched it.

If you have problems CMC made me a set for my series 1.5 coupe which were super. Matched the original headlining perfectly.

I already bought some leather covers with neat red stitching which are supposed to velcro over the visor, but my visors have gone all soggy

I got replacements for my S2 coupe ones from BAS International in Wales, colour match and quality were fine when compared to the original roof head lining.

Hi Hugo.....you can get the sunvisor body, untrimmed......think most of tbe trimmers have them but know that Skinners do... Steve

My recollection from the original post is that the American ones were better constructed. Can't remember the details though.
