#1 Moto Lita
Good morning all, my new Moto lita steering wheel arrived today with new boss and horn push, anything that I should consider before going in with my size 12's and fitting it??? Seeing as no instructions were included!!!

Hi John.....should be a simple job.....all the instructions you need are in the Jaguar service manual..steering wheel remove and refit....do you have one for your car.....make sure you dont lose the split collet and its in place when you fit the new boss... Steve

Two bits of advice, probably self-evident:
1. Agree about the split collar; when you seat the new wheel, if the split collars don't want to stay in place, put a light coating of grease on their undersides to "glue" them to the column.
2. Before removing the old wheel, make sure that the car's front wheels are pointing straight ahead. That way, when you put the new one on, you will just have to make sure that the "T" of the spokes points straight down and you won't have an annoying off-center steering wheel when you pull out for a drive.
