I just use a press. The Al is relatively soft and there isn't that much interference in the fit.

As Andrew says. I usually just use a hammer and a drift, although I have recently bought this which makes the job easier.

Having just fitted new bearings to the rear hubs and bearing rings to the aluminium hub carriers without the need for any kind of press I cannot recommend the use of heat and cold strongly enough...they dropped in effortlessly
A combination of 2 hours in the freezer and 15 mins with a hot air gun for the appropriate parts and you should have the same success as I just did
No need for a press so far...
