#1 3.8 FHC - Dunlop brake master cylinder pipe fittings

Hi,
I have the original 5/8 Dunlop brake master cylinders, now re-sleeved in s/s and fully overhauled. The Automec brake pipe kit didn't include the pipes that run between the master cylinders to the reservoir flexi-pipes. I don't want to pay £40 for a made up pair from the usual suppliers, as I know I can get a pair made up a lot cheaper elsewhere (as long as I don't mention that they are for an E-Type!).
My questions:
1. What spec of flaring & fittings do I quote for the m/c ends of the cunifer pipe? These threaded female bores in the m/c are larger than the bores for the output bores to the unions.
2. Is the pipe (cunifer in this case) 3/16" diameter?
3. How would I describe the flex-hose end fitting?
Thanks in advance,
Richard
