#1 Body plugs - advice required please.

Post by rswaffie » Sat Mar 17, 2018 2:09 pm

Hi, before I start fitting the sound & thermal insulation, I want to plug all the holes in the floor pan. I’ve got a kit that includes a variety of blanking plugs. There are 4 x 2p size holes in the foot wells and a few others under the seats and some on the inside vertical sills. There are still plenty of plugs left in the kit including 4 x thin oval items - what are these? Is there any info on where all the holes are that need to be plugged are?

Cheers in advance..

I reckon that these plugs fit in the holes in the rear panel usually covered by the number plate.
Fitted from outside .

At least I have (had) 4 holes in mine and found 4 plugs like yours and that’s where they ended up !

However, either the replacement panel, or the plugs are wrong as they are too small and just fall out
More remedial work.
