Inner fulcrum needle bearings
#1 Inner fulcrum needle bearings
As part of my exponentially growing rear brake job, I noticed that the needle bearings on my inner fulcrums are in poor condition. Can I just push the pair out at the same time with a press or do I need a blind bearing puller / slide hammer?

Yes push out together they should press out fairly easy.....a couple of sockets and a vice is enough..... Steve

Or just tap them out with a screwdriver or punch and a hammer.
Be aware that you should replace the sleeves that the bearings run on as well.
The more jobs you do while the IRS is out the better IMO.
