#1 What are these for?

I’ve been working on the rear end fit out, getting the tank in and connected etc. I’ve painted and stuck heat insulation on the underside of the handbrake inspection plate and when fitting it, noticed the two indents on either side of it, with holes in each. The are both different sizes - what are they for?
