#1 Sump Size

Post by AshM » Wed Apr 03, 2019 9:54 pm

Can anyone give me the width / length of the sump base (4.2) please.

Nothing too precise - just want to put an equivalent-sized wooden top onto my scissor lift. Preparing for engine return / refitting.

thanks

Hi Ash.....23in x 9in.....this is just oversize of the base.......note that its not a flat machined surface...the sump nut surround actually protrudes a bit......so to avoid pressure on any highspots on the sump base a piece of thick cardboard between it and the board will spread the load....Steve
