Dismantling dashboard

I'm going to switch dashboard with a nice fellow from here in UK, but my father that are bringing the dashboard is leaving early this saturday. His last chance to dismantle them is tomorrow. Hope someone can help real quick with these questions. se the pictures for relation.

Dashboard 1: take out the screws, ok. but how to get the black plastic of? does it break, can it be heated etc.

Dashboard 2: same problem, how to take the plastic of, and will it break?do it work with a heatgun?

Dashboard 3-4: how to take of the wire, at the valves, or at the dash (can the chrome nob go off), will this break to?

Dashboard 5: the chrome plate can be screwed off, but then there is a problem with the fitting through the hole, my father said he though maybe he could press it out and it would flex. I didn't really understand him over the phone, but maybe you remember the problems.

Thim, I can't answer all your questions as my experience of doing the same is only on a Series 2 but as you are short on time to get many answers I hope this will help:

Dashboard 1 - no suggestions
Dashboard 2 - heat the metal lever with a heatgun from behind, not the knob and pull the knob off
Dashboard 3 - for the air vents pull the chrome knob off at the dashboard and then undo the nut behind the knob. You can then remove the cable from the dashboard leaving the cable attached to the vents. The vents are fragile and difficult to replace so you don't want to be moving them around
Dashboard 4 - if you remove the two nuts above your circle in blue the whole choke mechanism will come away from the dashboard. On my Series 2 there is a small ball bearing trapped under the choke lever that gives the "indents" in the lever movement. If you have this take care not to loose the ball bearing
Dashboard 5 - the chrome ring with the two slots in it around the brake fluid indicator has to be rotated (undone) to remove it. After that the "Brake fluid/Handbrake" plastic legend will lift away and then the indicator unit pushes out backwards.

I would suggest to not remove the black knobs. If you unscrew the level from behind the dash you can take the lever and black knob off as a unit.

With regards to the vents I did remove the wire on the vent it self
