So, engine all back together after cylinder head refurb. Head all torqued down (to 52 ft lbs)
Started up, and water started coming out of one of the cylinder head nuts. It's a long stud 4.2 1969 engine. The nut concerned is one of the ones that holds down the lifting bracket near number 2 cylinder.
The stud goes through the triangular hole in the block. Someone said it can happen, doesn't mean the head gasket is duff, put silicone under the nut.
Advice would be warmly received!

Thanks Steve. Just put some K seal in which seems to have worked. Maybe I panicked too early!
